CACIO E PEPE
This Roman classic means pepper + cheese in its simplest form. Our hand cut tonnarelli egg pasta from the Lazio region of Italy is the key to creating the buttery sauce that is finished with toasted black pepper, Grano Padano + Pecorino
BALLA TUTTO
A statement cocktail meaning 'Dances Everything', this figure of speech is given to a busy person who juggles many things at once. It's well balanced, refreshing cocktail handcrafted with whisky, grapefruit, elderflower, lime + Italian herb syrup and is served with a sparkle of soda + topped with a lambrusco float. A celebration of Financial District life.
POLPO PUTTANESCA
Our house-made Polpo Puttanesca showcases our 5 hour braised octopus in a rustic mix of capers, black olives, Calabrian chilies, marinated sweet tomatoes, shallot vinaigrette and fresh parsley + dill. Served with olive oil brushed charred crostini.

TESTA DI MORO
This twist on an Old Fashioned was inspired by the headless statue made famous from White Lotus, warning us about what happens to those who break the trust of others. An Old Fashioned is the beacon of trusted cocktails and this rendition is faithful, beautiful, elegant, and a little showy.

THE STORY OF OUR FRESH MADE PASTA
Our hand-made pasta recipes are curated for each dish. Our tonnarelli + tagliatelle are made with durum wheat, 00 Italian flour + whole eggs, hand cut or extruded. Our agnolotti is an enriched egg pasta, hand formed + stuffed, made with egg yolk, 00 Italian flour + extra virgin olive oil. Lastly our radiatori + rigatoni are eggless pastas. All are perfectly porous + hand tossed in house-made sauces + freshest ingredients.

Our signature Tuna Crudo – thinly sliced Ahi Tuna, adorned with buttery Castelvetrano Sicilian olives, sweet + tangy mini peppers, pickled red onions, pistachios, orange dressing and garlic anchovy aioli.

Culturally, sharing food is incredibly important in Italy. Food is social, communal, and a source of connection to one's family and friends.
BELLA, CIAO, CIAO, CIAO
The cosmopolitan is making a comeback + we gave it an Italian flair. Using our housemade 'cranpari', this Italian cosmo has the same rebellious spirit as the classic song "Bella, Ciao". Campari, vodka, maraschino liqueur, peach + lime are shaken + fine strained leaving the perfect canvas for our signature cocktail design.
AGNELLO ALLA SCOTTADITO
Agnello alla Scottadito, meaning 'burning lamb' are in-house marinated lamb chops grilled to perfection on a char grill served with a classic salsa verde. Infused with garlic, thyme, rosemary, anchovy, capers, olives + red wine vinegar, these are the perfect addition to a dinner shared with friends.
ENZONI - SOTTO PRESSIONE
This spin on a negroni is made by using sous pression. Green grapes, gin, aperol, campari, simple syrup + lemon are placed in a sealed keg and frozen for 24 hours, then it remains in the keg for at least 12 hours, prior to being served. The end product is a refreshing + crisp take on a negroni, served with an infused grape.

Allow your senses to be stimulated by the lively setting and enjoy a hand-crafted cocktail or two with friends at the bar. Italian for “life”, VITA encourages the celebration of every day.
RADIATORI ALLA GENOVESE
Radiatori gets its name from being shaped after little radiators. It is said this pasta was created between the 1920s and 1940s and that the unique shape allows it to hold thick sauces and meaty ragus. Our Genovese inspired dish is tossed in our house-made pesto, oven roasted tomatoes, asparagus, roasted red peppers, garlic + whipped ricotta.
CHE CASINO
Che Casino, the equivalent of a 'Hot Mess' is a perfect cocktail for the bon vivant seeking out adventure after a long day spent in the office. Its sweet + spicy like the life of the party, but unique + one of a kind with it's Italian inspired spicy oregano rim. It's also a margarita.
MORTADELLA + PISTACHIO
Our signature Mortadella + Pistachio pizza is the perfect comination of pistachio pesto, fior di latte, Grano Padano + lemon zest on our hand-stretched pizza dough + stone baked to perfection.
THE STORY OF OUR PIZZA
There is no such thing as all-purpose flour in Italy, every flour has a purpose. So it’s no wonder Italy is famous for its milling practices. At EDNA + VITA we use 00 Italian Flour to create a poolish of water, flour and yeast which is left to preferment and cool proof for 48 hours. Then dough is then hand-stretched + stone baked to create a traditional crust with a new world crunch.
